This portal, Hank said, opens every September 22nd, in an effort to take control of new dimensions. The president immediately made a base around the portal, making it ready to defend. The person in charge of defending the base on this day is none other than Tankman. With a little help from his friends, Tankman must stop the Madness Day invasion.
