Rule a kingdom, slowly, over time. Gain resources by doing quests and build a massive city! Take it slow, this game is meant to take time. Build hovels, and keep a low tax rate to gain population. Always send archers or other ranged units. Get archers as soon as possible to support your melee troops. Almost every mission past difficulty 4 requires ranged support. A single enemy archer for instance can kill dozens of melee units on his own. You can sell resources as well as buy them! The button is in the lower right side of the screen on the trade pane.
